Gareth Allen is a chartered building surveyor who has over 20 years of experience working in the property sector. Having initially operated in private practice for the first 10 years of his career he has also managed and delivered significant building projects for blue chip companies within the hospitality, industrial and healthcare sectors and as a result, has experience of surveying a wide range of property. In addition to commercial buildings, he is also highly experienced in providing RICS Building Surveys, Homebuyer and Condition reports for a wide range of Clients including private individuals and lending platforms.
